Shipping
Once I have received payment, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be shipped to you.
If you have any questions, or need an item shipped fast, please message me before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate you.
During the holidays things get busy, so please make sure to allow extra time for items to be made and shipped. Two weeks in advance, to be on the safe side.
International shipping:
Customer is responsible for any customs or dues.
Please allow more time for your package to arrive, depending on the country an item is being shipped to.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Returns are welcome, except for custom orders.
When an item is accepted for a return, customer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be in the same condition that it was received in. A refund will be issued after I receive the item returned, minus original shipping costs.
